Innocent Driver is a new business venture which required Think Zap’s expertise. It is a B2C business, alongside it’s sister company TeePee Claims which is B2B. The MD of both, Tony Parris, required two websites, two marketing packages and four native Apps (two for iOS, two for Android.
The key idea is for people to be able to report an accident straight to Innocent Driver at the scene of an accident through their bespoke Apps. In doing so, it will help provide more accurate information, whilst also giving people a list of information that they need to gather from any 3rd parties.
We were tasked with creating two brands, one for ID and one for TeePee. We did some brainstorming amongst us, and the common consensus when thinking of innocence, was a halo. It seemed that combining a halo with a car was the natural direction to go in.
The app development was the key part of this process, and one that we absolutely had to nail. We started by creating wireframes of the user journey, which tied in with the brief set out by Innocent Driver. Once agreed upon, we turned these wireframes into full blown iOS designs for every step of the process.
We initially developed the iOS app, as this was going to be the showpiece product and once completed, we created the Android app. Both apps are fully native in order to take advantage of native features, which wouldn’t be available by using an app compiler that can be used to create a single app across multiple platforms.
